Check out GE's site Imagination Cubed. You can draw stuff, write stuff, save it, send it, etc etc
I'm a sucker for this crap and to be honest, I actually used it at work the other day because I was too lazy to go over and explain to someone the layout I wanted. I drew it, took a screenshot of it (love you Macs) and sent it over.
